i have come accross this site with offers help with whitegoods problems, it also sells spares but doesnt force you to buy them.

thought it may help some of you with your diy probs.

    yes, found them fab. you register as a guest, so stupid questions don't seem so stupid when your name is not on them :rotfl: . really good for helping me with unknown washing machine [bought with flat] without instructions

    however, do try to find the proper name of any machine before asking a question...ie the one shown on the back, in a really awkward place, that you can only find by hanging upside down with a mirror, not the number on the front that seems completely irrelevant to repairers
