So as I am still off work through my illness I should be in receipt of IB although about 3 years ago (I had been receiving IB since leaving work on health grounds) they said they had changed it to income support and any IB I was entitled to would be included?
Yes you will still be on IB if you qualified to begin with, via your NI contributions. It maybe that you have an IS top up as well now if you are receiving the Severe Disability Premium ( as you have MRC DLA).0 -
I shall have to look up for the letter because I was put on income support long before I was receiving MRC DLA and SDP!0
