International calls from the US to the UK

I'm reasonably well versed in the cheap deals to call internationally from the UK. I presently use 1899 and the service seems good. Problem is that some of my family are in the US and need to call me here - the rates are 10 cents/minute which is substantially more than calling them from here (roughly 2 cents/minute). I can of course call them back but it would make life easier if they had the freedom to call when they like etc.

Question - can anyone point me in the direction of a provider for cheap calls? Bill payment can be either here or in the US (I have bank accounts in both countries).

You could use http://www.buzzcard.co.uk/index.php , you can phone the UK for 1.4p/0.5p a minute.
