Hi
I wonder if anyone can help We are on a tariff called heat wise (I believe it was also know as economy 11), The electric system in out house work like this; The storage heaters are on a separate circuit that’s controlled by heat wise, while the rest of the electrical is on a circuit that is controlled by the standard tariff and economy 7, All the electricity comparing site don’t seem to show this tariff and I am a bit concerned that switching could end up with us not having any working storage heaters. Has anyone got any suggestions?
Thanks
Peter

Hi Peter
Is common across all comparrison sites (that I know of) that they only compare either standard or E7 tarrifs..

I have found that, basically, if you are on (or want) E10 you can't switch online as it's not available in all areas, not all suppliers can bill it.
The only one I have found that can supply me is Scottish & Southern by calling the number on this website...

I have a poll / discussion on Economy 7 / 10 off-peak usage (as a % or total) and ways to improve it but I'm not allowed to link to it so have a look on the gas/elec forum if you would like to vote or discuss.:cool:0 -
Not all suppliers can support the tariff which means they won`t be able to bill your meter. I would ring whichever supplier you want to change to and tell them you have heatwise.0
