Delays with transfers from Sainsburys Internet Saver?

Just interested to see if anyone else is experiencing problems with moving money from Sainsburys Internet Saver accounts?

I've never had a problem before, but did an online transfer yesterday morning and noticed it hadn't gone when I looked today.

I rang them and was told they had no record of it so tried to transfer again and it was blocked 'due to a pending transaction'. Rang again and was told that they are 'experiencing delays in their back office'. It looks unlikely that it will go before tomorrow now, which is 48 hours after my instruction and means it won't be credited to my other account until next week.

Not good enough as I wanted the money to get into Nationwide's Fixed Rate ISA which I suspect might go if rates reduce tomorrow.
