Mystery calls from number I can't call back

Has anyone else had phone calls from this number - 0151 48455000? They have rung me numerous times over the last week, all missed, but when I tried to call back I got incorrect number, or this number not recieveing calls. Who are they??

    If you check here: http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/0015148455000

It seems to be Axa Insurance calling from Canada to try and sell you something.
