Yes, really enjoyed it. Though it did take a while to be convinced that this was the film we were meant to be seeing when all the titles came up in french.
Nice lead actor too, sort of a French Nicholas Cage0 -
I was at Wandsworth as well. I'm surprised the screen was so empty. The film was alright, I wouldn't pay to see it

Gad Elmaleh ?
:rotfl:
I have to think about that, yeah maybe there is something .... can't see nicolas cage doing "chouchou" though :rotfl:
I enjoyed the film - it's just...a movie - nothing special about it - a movie with a story, a bit of humour, romance.... no big drama, sentiments, nothing very deep.
I noticed quite a few stuff were not in the subtitles though - nothing major - but not everything was trasnlated.
At least this movie can be seen even if you don't understand French - not like "Welcome to the sticks" - don't go see that unless you are fluent!0 -
Or Belleville Rendezvous - if you don't understand French you're screwed with that one....
...oh wait...
Haikus are easy
But sometimes they don't make sense

Does anyone know if we have to get there at 7.45 for the fashion show? Or is that when the film starts and we have to get there earlier for the fashion show? In all my excitement I forgot to ask!0 -
