I just managed to get 2 tickets via screenbookings.com thanks to the Codes forum, but it says you need to fill in the booking ref. from the page in the paper and take that in. Is that correct, as I don't have the paper.

I've had the email confirmation and that just says bring that along which is fine. I'd just hate to be turned away - do I really need the page in the paper too?

Thanks so much :) I know screenfirst.com only need the email confirmation but I've never used screenbookings before.

    Yes, it's all kinda confusing...
The reprint of the paper's page on its website also says "You will need to bring along this page"

I might just ring up that phone number at the bottom of the page...

It is conflicting... You can also get the free tickets from the online version of the Times.....http://entertainment.timesonline.co.uk/tol/arts_and_entertainment/film/screen/article3991554.ece
so I have printed that page off to take with me as their T&Cs from the website state:
    ''Terms and conditions
Tickets are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis via the website. Each reader may claim two tickets. Readers who successfully claim tickets will need to present this page at the cinema on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at 6pm for a 6.30pm start''

I've been to several of the Times screenings before and it is perfectly acceptable to take along the print out from the website or the page from the newspaper. Just fill in the code. Alternatively, you can print your confirmation page from screenbookings.com
