Apologies in advance if this has been asked before....Has SeeFilmFirst ever responded when you've used the email link to ask to change the name on the ticket?

In my experience, always, as its an automated response email you get back. This is what you should receive:-

    "Hello

    Thank you for contacting us.

We have noted your name change, please print off this email and give to person using the ticket to take to the cinema.

To Cinema Manager: Please note that we have allocated two tickets to the bearer of this email on presentation of ticket, which will be in a different name.

This email is automatically generated, if you would like a response please mail your query to: help@seefilmfirst.com

    It's always good to seefilmfirst."

Just make sure you use the following email address to request the change of name:-

    changeofname@seefilmfirst.com

Guys i'm sorry but swapping or gifting cinema tickets is against site rules. Please refrain from offering or requesting cinema tickets.

    Thanks :)EXCHANGING PERSONAL DETAILS

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: For legal reasons I have to discourage swapping, buying, gifting and selling on the forum (please see this rule). While it can be a very useful way of saving money it relies on a certain amount of trust between members and as such can cause problems (and has in the past). If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

i seen it tonight as well, it was great, i enjoyed it :)
  • Well, you should like "Frost/Nixon", too, if you get to see it. We saw it last night and really enjoyed it - apart from the bit where the projector broke down at a climactic moment, just before the end, and the cinema staff didn't even notice, so someone eventually went to tell them (as usual). A great start to 2009 filmgoing and free, thanks to MSE.
