Cheapest One Day Second Person Car Insurance

I can't seem to find thread on this topic anywhere so apologies if ther eis one.I am looking for the cheapest second person car insurance for 24hours. Would it just be cheaper to get a month or a year one do you think? We would use it possibly once a week at most.CheersMonkeyx
