Cheap Car Hire in Spain.

Looks like Easycar will levy a €30 charge for amendments anyway, so that plus the extra day's hire would probably take it up by about £42-£44.
Just wondering if I would still get the Quidco cashback though?

I usually use holiday autos - they use record which are pretty cheap any way and can usually beat the price on the record website. Quidco give £10 for each rental and they have tracked on each ocasion ive used them.

Everytime I use record they upgrade the car which is pretty good.

I once used my tesco points for avis and wished i hadnt - you had a lucky escape - the rental was fair enough but the insurance for a week came to over £100 :mad: . More than the car hire would have been with record!!!

AI know oyu are going to mainland spain but tip when I go to gran canaria (when going for 2 weeks) is rent the car for 3 days at the start of the holiday - get around a bit, see the sites, then 3 days at the end - 2 lots of a tenner and rather than have the car parked up when sunbathing and drinking can use the good/cheap public xport.
