morning all, I've been looking for an online web site that sells plastic plug-plant packaging (blister packs) to send plants through the post. Tried searching on google without much luck. Has anyone ordered anything like this before and have any recommendations.
Thanks
Thanks

I am in a similar situation so have been doing some detective work.
Plants that I have received recently via Ebay, T&M and Van Meuwen have voges printed on the packaging.
I have found the company at voges.nl, but it is not obvious how to place an order.

Thanks for that Ray. I was checking their website and found this on their FAQ's
"What are minimum quantities to order?
If the required product is a stock item, a minimum order quantity could start at 500 pcs. Call us at +31-252-515265 for accurate information"
Wonder if there is a UK distributor for these ?-252-515265 for accurate information0 -
Ray, just found this UK distributor on the voges site after I had made my last post
Hope this helps ?

The last time we used something like this we had to buy a case of 500. once used up(took over 3 years)we didn't bother again. Now I use a cardboard box (5 cd size)and some webbing to absorb any excess moisture. I found that the blister pack allowed the plants to sweat too much and sometimes botritus set in.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Thanks Ifa, thanks peter, for two very helpful posts.
(I'm so glad I discovered this forum!)
When I eventually get round to selling on Ebay, I'm going to try both methods at first and see which is best for me.
Incidentally, Ifa, the voges blister packs I've seen have been designed for plants grown in Jiffy 7s.(which I don't use at present).0 -
Re: packaging size/Jiffy 7s
Oops, I should have looked at the Geerings site more carefully, they obviously cater for lots of pot sizes. (I still haven't woken up yet!)

Do you purchase these boxes from a supplier or just make them up yourself ? Also how do you ensure that the soil stays where it is supposed to during transit ? Apologies for all the questions.
Thanks
