Anyone have this lot providing internet in their halls?
Service non-existant, helpline non-existant...excuses...LOADS
Whats your service like?
See they won the contract for net access in T5 at Heathrow....wonder is that why BA is having loads of problems.
Wot can you do when you need net access for research, work submission etc and the service is ALWAYS down....I mean partly the reason halls were picked was for internet access.....
