    Hi All and Hi G

Meaning what exactly...bug, inflmmamatory or stress-related? (says she putting her microbiology hat on....and PM me if you'd prefer)

Hi Z...colds are viruses...but there's a nasty coughy one around at present when the viruses permit bacteria to take hold in the lungs...that means you may need antibiotics from your GP to kick it....but only after you start producing unmetionables when you cough....(No....green/yellow stuff....FROM YOUR LUNGS!!!!!!)

    Hugs to all

Well that's not really a diagnosis - more of a description of the symptoms. You want to know what is *causing* the inflammation.

You've got a microbiology hat? Why don't you get it disinfected?

It's just a head-cold. No coughing. Earache, head ache, sicklyness, a touch of dizzyness, sore throat.

Nose isn't runny, so not losing any brain.

    Nowt to worry about.

Some bacteria is good though - so maybe the hat would make your cold better Zed? ;)

    Hi Wol

Not too bad at all thanks - I didn't realise how tired I would be after 2 tiny little shifts at work, but I'm sure I will quickly get used to it!

    How are you doing? :)
