Just follow the prompts.
In that screen choose the programs in the order you want them and on each press the colour for copy (i think it's red).
then it prompts you to press select when ready to copy (usually last thing at night, cos you can't watch anything else while doing it).
Each program then plays in order.
Now the important thing is to make sure your external video/dvd recorder is recording it, with enough time on the video/dvd. I use scart sockets and put them through the recorder between the sky plus box and the telly.
If all else fails, read the instructions!
Good luck!0 -
Just be aware that there has been a bug with the copy function on some boxes since the autostandby and anytime features were added.
This results in your screen aspect ratio changing to letterbox format, and or it just doesn't work.
I just play programmes back normally when I want to copy down to DVD.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -

i have tried just following instructions but it didnt work. i think perhaps i didnt have channel tuned in properly. i just wanted to check if the facility did exist. mine does just say make sure vhs is in nothing mentioned about dvd but now i know it is possible i will give it another go, thanks0 -
If you have the VCR/DVDR SCARTed to the sky+ box, ensure you have the VCR on the right channel, normally AV2/EXT2 (depending on your VCR, but most with 2 SCARTS will have AV1 to the telly and AV2 to the sky box). Best check by playing something on the sky+ box, switching the tv over to the VCR channel, and then going through the AV channels on the VCR until you find the right one !!
Oh, and you are best copying manually, as it's easier to spot if anything's gone wrong

I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple
