Credit Cards Issued Without Permission

in Credit cards
After applying for a mortgage I have found out that I have had Credit Cards issued by a bank in my name. I have never signed the Consumer Credit Act with the bank in question and their representitive has signed all of the sections and left my spaces blank.
Who can I complain to if the matter isn't resolved. I've been told that it can be a nightmare to get your credit file sorted out. Is this true? It's stopped me borrowing and I've never asked for them! ANY help would be greatly appreciated as they are quite helpful at the moment but I can't get written confirmation from them that my credit will be fixed.
What should I do?
Thanks

You register a formal complaint with the bank, stating clearly and concisely the nature of your complaint and what you expect them to do to resolve the issue.
If you are not satisfied with their final response, which has to be given within 8 weeks, you escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.0 -

When opening current accounts with a bank, sometimes the credit card will be included within the application form and unless one is declined at the time you would have agreed to acceptence. This was the case when I opened a ShAbbey account last year.
Having a credit card in your name would generally not have stopped you from other borrowing as any other lender would clearly be able to see what limit is attached to it and how much you owed, in this case £0.
Just how many different cards do you think have been allocated to you ?
As above, if not happy complain in writing only to the Bank.0
