Abbey Esaver direct problem

I have an esaver direct account with Abbey and the internet banking isn't working. I can log on but the site says it is unavailable and please try later. This has been the same for 4 days!
I went to an ATM tonight and I can't transfer through that either
so I now have an account that I cannot access and I want to transfer a certain amount into an ISA
Has anybody any tips as I can't see a way around this rather than
a) withdrawing amounts daily (time consuming, costly and an inconvenience)
b) or closing the account
