in House buying, renting & selling
After getting up extremely early, I now have to go to work & try and concentrate untill I get the phone call that tells me the house is Mine :j

I hope its an early call or today just might Drag & Drag!!!

    Good luck in getting any work done...as I suspect that you won't, becuase you'll be waiting for the call. And when you get the call, you still won't get any work done as you'll want to go and get the keys and move in.

    Well Still nothing.....

    Just called the solicitors, the money left them at 12:20!!! Grrrrr
    they also go on lunch between 1 & 2, so I wont hear anything till 2 at the earliest.

    Any idea how long the money transfer will take?

    once the bank receives the TT request thay should do it straight away & it takes about 15 mins (they have to do various checks before the TT is validated & sent) but I assume each bank has it's own internal procedures & anomolies, but there is a cut off time of around 3.30 - none are usually sent after this time
