Just had an online quote for my OH from Norwich Union. She is 21, provisional licence, and is buying a 1999 Renault Clio 1.6 RXE.
I was amazed at the price...
12 month policy with me on insurance (im 34) £454 with excess of £220 (she has young drivers excess of £120 on top)
Rapid bonus quotation 9 month policy that gives her 1 years no claims if claim free after 9 months!

The offer continues until end of September 2005..
Allowing for me not on insurance, it was still only £511 for 12 months..
