Well still not fixed. In a selfish way I'm glad!!! as I was on an early school run and omg obsessively took the laptop with me and tried to get the kids to connect on route to school and was a bit miffed that they could not get it connected to the internet -so thought I had no chance for today ....however i still have!! Must think about addictions and my parenting skills whilst waiting for it to return.(yes they sometimes did big snap).
