Thanks toniq and everyone else:A
They just said she's comfortable and waiting for theatre. God I feel so helpless and tearful. I think if it had been someone younger I wouldn't be so bad.£2021 in 2021 no.17 £1,093.20/£20210 -

Aah I hope your little one is better soon, Like your husband I too have a vomit phobia and i'm a mum when ever my daughter is sick my husband has to deal with it, but I started 20 weeks of therapy for it last week  My therapist says that i'm in for a hard time of it but if I want to get over this fear I have to see it through and be able to nurse my daughter when she is unwell which I really want to be able to do, but hopefully she wont be unwell too often.

8:03 for me today.
I'm only up because my Mum had a fall yesterday and may have to have an operation to have a pin put in her shoulder today. She's 78 and never been in hospital before, so I'm trying to decide what's an acceptable time to phone the ward and see how she is and what time she's going down to theatre. so messed up last night, I didn't think to ask:sad:
She's normally so fit and still works as a 'lollypop lady' such a shock to see her looking fragile.
Just a quick note of support. A similar thing happened to my very active mum and I was shocked and upset to see her looking so frail BUT she made a complete and total recovery and is now back to her usual self! I am sure your mum will come shining through and be back to her old self very soon.
Wishing her a speedy recovery and sending best wishes to both of you. Stay positive.:grouphug:Some days you're the pigeon, other days you're the statue!0 -
