How much to have a new patio with soakaway?

We have a concrete patio with no drainage. when we have a deluge the patio floods and the water runs under the back door of the garage.
Total area approx 20 sq m. Any ideas on how much it would cost to lift the concrete, put in a soakaway and then lay a patio - possibly block paved? Location south east.
Cheers
Steve

Could you not cut the patio with an angle grinder and then fit a channel drain? Could be done in a day and a half. This stuff http://www.screwfix.com/prods/95012/Building/Drive-Drain/FloDrain-Channel-Grate?cm_re=SEARCHPROMO-_-CHANNEL-_-95012
