ok you not had your fridge but i would imagine that if they just received your letter last week they would be checking into it give them a chance..

Why should I count myself lucky? Lucky for what? It just means that you're in the same boat as me, so in another month I may be in your exact situation aswell. As for writing to them a week ago, then hang on a few more days before you say they haven't replied

Maybe I should have also added that 3 of my flatmates won and are also yet to recieve theirs.

It's a bit hard to be patient when some people are winning and getting their prizes in just a few days.:mad:

I told two other people ten days ago, and they've already got theirs!!

I guess maybe our house is jinxed. Anyway - just had to vent my frustration with Smirnoff!

Hope you do have better luck with them than me.
