I have frozen hm jacket potatoes a couple of times, but have always found that they don't reheat very well - the inside is always all rubbery. Does anyone else find this or am I doing something wrong? In fact whenever I freeze any kind of cooked potato, except mash, it always tastes yucky when reheated.

For jacket potatoes have you tried Estima variety?

To reheat I defrost on a low setting in the microwave then finish off in the over 200C/Gas 6. If you microwave on too high a setting it tends to nuke them!
