But buyer is claiming that she has not received her item
I have checked the tracking number and confirmation of delivery has been confirmed along with electronic proof that someone has signed for it, I doubled checked the address she had given for delivery and it tallys with the information on my receipt, should I be worried!!!

Well... they wouldn't be 'claiming' it hadn't arrived without some good reason to do so. (I hate that by the way... 'claiming' implies that nothing ever goes missing in the post!)
If she had signed the slip, how stupid would she be to say it hadn't arrived? Give her the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully in a few days there will be a signature available online.
Custardy may have more suggestions. I see Hintza has thought a bit harder about the possibilities too
My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Possibly but so should the buyer. Custardy will be along shortly and will know the ins and outs of this scenario.
5 possibilities:-
1. Buyer is telling porkers
2. Someone in family has signed and has not told the buyer it is there.
3. Neighbour has signed
4. Postie has signed and popped somewhere safe (mine do this when I leave the door open)
5. Postie has signed and nicked (Not likely but a possibility)
Ask buyer to cover these bases and get back to you.0 -
There's a signature on line so someone signed for it. I'll wait to see what happens in the next couple of days.

i would pass the tracking details to the buyer and ask them to enquire at thier local delivery office as to whats happened.
they will be able to fully track it and see exactly what duty and postie took the item out on delivery.
if you want to,you can phone the DO yourself and enquire
when was it sent? must have been over a week ago?0 -

Some Punters don't think their scams through properly:rolleyes:, She's a newbie so I am giving her the benefit of the doubt as she has spent a lot of money and could be very worried about it, I know I was my first time on ebay.
I have passed on the tracking code as advised. Thanks all for your help
