I bought an LCD TV on the 26th July and was given a new date every time i rang them so the final time i rang on the 11th August some 16 days after ordering i was advised i could cancel so I did. It is now 22nd of August and i still have no refund am i covered on my MBNA Mastercard. The first woman i rang said no and the second said yes once 30 days had passed so can anyone shed anymore light on this.
Cheers

Did you pay for the TV using your MBNA Mastercard?0

If you paid for it by credit card, it cost more than £100 and you bought it in the UK then you are covered if they fail to supply the goods or refund you.
I can understand MBNA saying to wait a bit as it is lots of work for them, but rest assured you will get your money back.0 -
Yes i paid for the TV on my MBNA mastercard and the companys pay system was done through Worldpay. Does it matter that the company is based in Scotland , incidently the company is Robertsons Online avoid them if you can there a nightmare not helpful one bit.0
