    Assuming that UK compensation levels follow those in the states. Awards in the US are decided by juries and tend to heavily penalise the defendant. UK awards are based on judicial guidelines and are very low by comparison.

    I'd go with this.

    Don't be tempted to do it, because medical experts will spot it and reference it in their report.
