Try Residential Landlords Associations (RLA) www.rla.org.uk; their subscription is only £75 a year. Also try West Thames Landlords Club 08700 480 233. Free meetings complete with informed speakers are held every couple of months and the discussions afterwards are very worthwhile.0

Join Montag's Landlords' Association - it's only a tenner, but you don't get !!!!!! for that - well you get a bit of abuse every now & again, but nothing useful.
I think you were probably looking for the best value landlord's association"Mrs. Pench, you've won the car contest, would you like a triumph spitfire or 3000 in cash?" He smiled.
Mrs. Pench took the money. "What will you do with it all? Not that it's any of my business," he giggled.
"I think I'll become an alcoholic," said Betty.0 -
national landlords association is excellent - as well as getting bi-monthly magazines, fanastic free legal helpline, you get a substantial discount on both property insurance for BTL and on goods from Jewsons plus a lot of other discounts from useful suppliers. My first year sub was more than paid for by the savings on insurance premium on one house alone. plus all subs are tax deductible anyway0
