Yay cheque from solicitors...

Got a letter from the solicitors this morning..my gut instinct is always 'oh no they have forgot something'!! but it seems we have over paid our land registry fee and got a cheque for £59! not loads but better than nothing eah!
BUT the cheque is both our names (me and df) will i be able to bank it?

speak to the solicitors and see if you can return the cheque and get it reissued in one name only. they were happy to do this for me with interest accrued on payments during in house purchase.Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness.
