benefit fraud-interview under caution

sorry if threads in wrong place-first post
just after some advice so here goes with my problem

in august last year i attended a interview under caution for my partner staying with me i admitted this as it was for a period of 9 weeks only sleeping though, they suspended my payments until further notice then in october i recieved a back pay of is from august to october and then another payment the week after then i went on maternity allowance so payments stopped as they should, then in early feb i recieved a decision saying that they had decided that we was living togeather as man and wife from june to oct-even though they had back dated the payments, then last week i recieve a letter totally out of the blue saying they need to resume the interview very strange as the ref is not my ni no it is just about 6 numbers and the date on it is 19/11/07 and it asks me to come in this week so as you can see i thought this matter had been resolved and now this any body else had this or know why this would happen???

I'm sorry but it is unclear what you are asking as your sentences run on.

You admitted to receiving payments of HB when your partner was sleeping over and payments were stopped?

You received backdated payments from August? after the date he was staying - presumably they believed his staying was temporary?

You have since got pregnant - they are I guess assuming this temporary staying has either become permanent or they suspect it has been ongoing and now want to clarify things - maybe you have continued to make a claim for a single person whilst living with someone else or there is something else they want to know.

Could the number be a reference number rather than your NI number - have a look on your original paperwork - alternatively telephone them and ask them to give you an outline of why they want to see you
