Wedding Insurance

Me and fiance are getting married next April. We have a provisional date, venue, and evening band but nothing paid for yet. Will probably confirm everything in the next few weeks.
But we need to get wedding insurance. When do we need to get it, and what do we need to get covered? Im assuming we need everything covered just incase the whole thing is called off? At what point do we actually need to get the insurance?
Secondly, who would you recommend as the cheapest and "most behaved" insurance companies out there?

Ideally verything you can't cancel without financial penalty.and what do we need to get covered?
Really as soon as you start making confirmed bokings which cannot be cancelled without a penalty. When do we need to get it
From that point, either of you could drop down dead (excuse the exmaple) and fees could be incurred.
You will not get cover for "disinclination" i.e. either of you changing your mind.just incase the whole thing is called off?
You will however get cover for either of you dying or being unable to get to the wedding due to to serious illness or death/serious illness of a close relative etc.
From the point the risk starts, which is when you start booking things that cannot be cancelled without financial penalty. At what point do we actually need to get the insurance?
The same thing is true for holidays.
A lot of people seem to think you need it from date of travel.
However a member of the travelling party could theorectically drop dead just after making the booking (sorry for the grim exmaples but you know what I'm getting at - risks starts from booking).0
