accused of feedback abuse

Hi there can anyone advise me of what to do, i received an alert email from ebay this morning and to my horror i have been accused of leaving abusive feedback to someone, now i have tried to email ebay regarding this and it wont let me, i have tried every way but just cant send one as i wish to find out who it was and when it was that i have been abusive, as i feel i have been accused of something i have not done. Can anyone advise me on how to find out why i have been reported for something i have not done.

Have you tried logging into e-bay and checking your feedback left for others?

Hi Andysstuff i have looked through all my feedback and can not find anything and i have tried to email ebay from their site but it wont let me do it ?? i will try and give it another go thanks0

Are you sure the eBay alert email isnt a scam trying to get you to click on a link and log in so they can steal you details?0

What is the wording on the alert?
More to the point, can you post the headers from the email? (Remove your person stuff, mind...just interested in who the email came from).
