After a very stressful and eventful week, me and my bf headed up to wagamamas to get some nice lunch - with our buy one meal get one free coupon from handbags.com, thanks to martins tip in the weekly email.
We sat down and ordered. Wagamamas does state that food is served as it is made so meals usually dont come at the same time, but half an hour after my bf was finished, I was still waiting for my food. Finally I told a waitress and she was very apologetic, and said she would inform the manager. Got my lunch in 2 mins.
When it was time to pay, we gave them the voucher. The bill came back and the manager had taken my lunch off the bill as it was their mistake, and had also used the voucher to give us the second meal free asl well. So we had a very pleasant lunch and chat, and only paid for the fruit juices we had.
It was great service and we go there a lot, so this made me even more positive!
