Fu*king Computer Virus! Help Please!

Hi there all,

I'm 99% sure I have a computer virus. It seems to be taking over my internet and parts of my laptop. Everytime I load the internet up I cant click on hyperlinks anymore. It wont let me thank people on MSE. I cant stream/watch videos. It wont load up online games. When I try to download a virus scan program it wont work. The little Google search bar at the top of the page now lets me type 2 letters then the laptop crashes. I get fake error reports! And often get that BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH! Im really confused?!!?!? Please computer geniuses help me! Any virus scans I can do or get?! Anything!

Edit - Going off MSE now, look forward to some replies tomorrow and lets see If I can get rid of this thing LOL

Download and install and update trial of either AV or Internet security suite and run .
SuperAntispyware ( free) to cover any bits left .
If you cannot download you will have to use somebody elses machine and burn a disc.
