Thank you. May I ask what the internal paperwork error was?
They didn't tell me, I was just pleased to have it gone and left it at that.
However I doubt they did it out of the kindness of their hearts and I suspect that whatever the paperwork was, it would have left them open to challenge should I have taken it further.
