Hi
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to view my sky email account through Outlook? If so, can you tell me how I do it?
Many thanks Terri-Technofobe!

You can indeed, first thing you need to do is log into sky.com using the account name and password for the account you want to download the email for. Once logged in go to sky email and tools, go to the email section inbox, click on mail settings and in there you can enable POP access on the POP and forwarding tab.
Once that is done you need to setup Outlook to download the email.
