Hi All,
Considering getting my dad a new router as he experiences some serious dead spots around the house with the current 4 year old Linksys Wireless G router.
The blurb for the MIMO routers speaks of increased signal strength even when using a conventional wireless G adapter on the PC.
Has anybody had any first hand experience?

I have used the NETGEAR rangemax DG834PN which is MIMO. I wouldnt say there is an overall increase in strength or range but it definately got rid of dead spots in the house. It was just more of a reliable connection0
