Bought a new telly in there today. The man serving us went to great lengths to be sure we had what we wanted. Showed me how to set it up etc.
Then he phoned for a cab to take us and the telly home which the shop paid for and it was nearly £40.
Love their service, knowledge and expertise anyway but this was so unexpected. Plus their 5 year warranty only costs 10% of the purchase price so is excellent.

The one in Oxford was fantastic too. So helpful, they explain anything you want to know, offer you a good deal, and even pay your car parking so you can drive and pick it up.
Oh, and they also had free lollypops, and chilled water.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
