Hi all:
does anyone know if its possible to send a small video clip taken with my camera as an attachment via email? I want to send a clip to my sister in law in America. Ive tried to do this but it failed to go so I presume the attachment was too big. Can it be re-sized or do you have to do something really clever with it? If so, please explain in words of one syllable.
Any help appreciated. cheers.

Hi
What is the size of your video clip, how many MB?Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.0 -
It also depends on which ISP, e.g. hotmail have a lower limit than ......... You might find it easier to upload to a hosting site then send the link to your relatives."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

If it's really large, you may be better off burning it to disc and posting it."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

No need for all that. Just upload for it for free(if 100 Mb or less) to YouSendIt and send her the link produced via email.
She will be able to download the video from the link provided.
If more than 100MB, but less than 300MB, use FileFactory instead.
Added some more info, but can see that is was not necessary.0 -

Use Donnie's suggestion. Hosting is basically space on a server that you'd also use to host a website. You can get free hosting and you'll almost definitely have some with your ISP (may also be called webspace) but I suspect the hassle for you in getting the right settings to upload to your server would take longer than simply using a dedicated service such as yousendit."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
