Claiming back deposit from sleep depot in administration

Hello,
Today I received a letter to say Sleep Depot have gone in to administration (great!).
Apparently I should be able to claim back my deposit by submitting a claim to the administrators or by getting it back from my credit card company.
Can anyone advise which would be best? To add a bit of complication. We actually received part of the order (underdrawers for the bed) but one of them was clearly a second and I arranged for it to be replaced.
The replacement was to come with the rest of the order. I'm just wondering if either party might try and argue that I've had part of the order and give me less of my deposit back.
What do you guys think?
I'm owed about £500 in total.
Cheers,
Cellardoor

Go through the credit card company using the letter you received today as your evidence that the company is in administration.
Don't mention the part order received unless asked if you have received anything.
I don't think the Administrators will be any the wiser who has had what.0
