Struggling with Excel

Landlord of the local wants to start a Bingo night but doesn't want to splash out on a bingo machine, so i thought I would put my mind to it and try to create one in Excel.

Well it's harder that it may seem.

I can generate a random number using RAND function, but how would I ensure that it only generates the number once.

Also would it be possible to get the spreadsheet to generate the number, then place it in another cell, so that I can keep a track of the alreeady generated numbers?

I know that I can get a bingo number generator online frr, but I'm bored sat at home and this stops me spending any money to get over the boredom.
[SIZE=-1]To equate judgement and wisdom with occupation is at best . . . insulting.
