Quidco generic email crap replies

I hate quidco so called customer services

i raised a ticket regarding a missing payment which had not tracked

after me being told that it would be put on hold for 2 weeks in case it tracked and then 4 weeks after getting that generic reply still not hearing from them i chased them again twice.

they then sent a reply that this would be sent to the retailer concerned

i questiooned as to when this would be

a generic reply is that they get sent bi weekly and monthly

i then sent message as to when it would be sent specifically

response i got back - another gerneric one - they are sent monthly :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

i then left it 6 weeks and i chased them again and then got a reply stating that it had been sent 3 weeks after they had informed me that they were send montly


frickiing heck - why dont they just give people proper answers instead of sham generic crap replies
