Left Abbey a few years ago, as their interest rate and customer service were both so dire.
Moved to HSBC where interest rate is fantastic, and customer service is 2nd to none.
Now, Abbey keep sending me post about their accounts, and I have no interest in them what so ever! :mad:
I have never given them permission to do this.

They have probably bought your name off a mailing list.
I enjoy putting empty forms in the enclosed envelopes and sending them back - especially ones where they tell you to put a stamp on!!!0
