I would be grateful for any advice anybody has on the above.
I have a 2yr old flat, fixed rate due to finish end May and am looking at trying to remortgage. Have thought about selling but probably left it a bit late!
I'd quite like to arrange mortgage with a term for longer than the 2 or 3 years everywhere seems to offer. Does anybody know of any 5 year + buy to let deals?
I may well struggle with lending criteria, LTV of 85%, loan £102k, rental income £525.
Many thanks

Your best bet is to speak to a whole of market mortgage broker to see what deals they can find for you.
It may not be too late to sell, make sure the property is priced to sell & stipulate an exchange within 28 days of the contract being issued. You may want to ensure you have access to a few months mortgage payments before going down that route, just incase it doesn't sell.0 -
Better off trying the Mortgages Board - more experts there.0
