Freeserve - Orange web mail

I have been trying all morning to access my emails on freeserve web mail but after typing in my account and password it just returns me to the opening input screen. Is the server down or is it a problem on my pc, everything else is running as normal.

Are you sure the account is still active? I know orange changed the terms of the freeserve addresses last year so if you didn't keep dialling up into the freeserve account every so often they deleted it without advance warning. Are you still a customer of Orange and/or when was the last time you dialled into your freeserve accout?

I should not be deactivated as I am still paying my monthly account, as late as 10:30 last night I had access so nothing should have changed since then.
I am getting worried as I am in Tenerife at the moment and my travel/flight documents are held on the webmail and the telephone contacts would be difficult to contact from here.
Oh, by the way thanks for the responses so far.
I have just tried again and the situation is the same.

Paying monthly to Orange or Freeserve? If you're not paying "Freeserve", then it's liable to be closed if you've not dialled in. That's dialled in as connected to the internet through Freeserve, not just accessed your emails.

As stated earlier I am in Tenerife and will be for another month, I have just tried to contact Freeserve/Orange through their helplines but as they are 0844 nubers I connot conect from here. Does anyone have a standard line number or any idea how I can resolve the situation.
