i am on the 3 network for my mobile phone, within my call allowence i get free download allowence aswell. the other day i downloaded what i thought was a ringtone, but infact its a dial tone so when someone calls me it plays music to the caller rather than the standard ring ring tone, think its something to do with the 3 Tunes & Pix Dial tone servicem, but for the life of me cant work out how to stop it and get the damn tone off my phone. have gone to my music file and delited the song but when i called my phone from my landline it still plays the damn music to callers.
Another question too, (sorry lol) i have eneabled delivery reports for text messages, when i send a message and get a text to say delivered,l am is this a chargageble service ie per text delivery report? my mionutes go from the 3rd of the month and when i have checked usage it shows ive only got a few texts left and i havent been texting loads.
Can someone please help me out and stop this thanks Sarah.

I don't know about the dial tune thing but you won't be charged for delivery reports.0

I'd ring customer services at 3 and get them to remove it... (and to check your text/call balance too)0
