Citi Cards taking two payments

Dear All,
Some help needed here, I pay my citi card by phone normally, as I am in arrears they phone me and I pay £150 per month on by debit card. This month they have take two payments, on two different days. One is authorised, the other unauthorised as such, two days later. I did speak to them on this day, only to say paymeny will be end of the month.
I have spoken to citi cards, they are going to look into this. To which, I am sure (according to them) they would have done no wrong.
How can I, if any get this cash back - its going to leave my short for other bills this month. Any advice on my next course of action is very much appreciated.
Thanks,
TC

I have spoke to citi cards again this afternoon, just to see if there has been any progress (yes I am very impatient) and they didnt even have a log of my call from this morning. I was then told all my details will be passed to a supervisor to look at.
At this point I went mental told them it would have to be sorted now, spoke to supervisor - she said she would call me back before the end of the day.
I have also spoke to my bank and logged a dispute, this will take 2-4 weeks to resolve, plus they have to send me a new card, which can take upto 5 working days. Just having the best day.
