Is there a break clause in the HP agreement, where once it's half paid off you can return the car.
What would happen if you did that and then bought another car on a much much better interest rate?0 -

i know you have probably mentioned it before, but is there anyway of overpaying on the car at all?
we had one about 12 years ago, well it must have been as we had just got married and NEEDED a car it was always going wrong so in the end we had it voluntery repossed there was some sort of clause in tiny writing on the back the C A B helped us write all the letters off to the finace company , they wrote to us for a while saying you still owe us x y z but they realised they didn't have a hope in hell in the end.
sorry excuse the life story, i was only going to ask you a question lol0 -
