    Thanks everyone... forced myself to go out for a run tonight. D's ankle is still bad so we've not been running for a while. Seeing as the RFL is a month away (exactly a month tomorrow :eek:) I forced myself to go out road running tonight. I did 1.2m.... ALL running without stopping once!!!! I'm caked in sweat and thought I was going to hyperventilate when I got in but I did it and I'm SO happy with myself considering it's the first time I've run properly in aout 2 weeks. :D SO happy. Took me 15 mins so the 45min target for the RFL is still within sights... Really, really pleased with myself. Now where's that takeaway pizza with the tomato sauce stuffed in the crust...I need to replace some calories! :rotfl:

    Sar - it doesn't matter how long it takes (and 1.2 miles in one go is brilliant!!!), or if you end up walking the whole way - the fact you're doing it is the important thing and you should be proud of yourself :)

    I dunno, sometimes I think she's going to come back and give me a slap. lol
    I'm only doing this for her though, the weight loss and everything is great. But I hate running normally. But I just want to make a real effort for the RFL this year and make her proud.
