  • Ditto what tigtag says - and I'm sober too. Your inspiration comes from your total/brutal honesty and sublime effort :T , who could fail to be impressed by what you have achieved and how you have turned your life around. Now if you can fit your head through the door ;) onwards and upward young lady :A - go girl!!

Afternoon :D Tax credit day today and I realised we had £30 spare in the bills account so we bought Ash a new wardrobe (The clothes to go in one.. not the actual wardrobe. lol) We could've used the spare money to go to down but Ash seriously needed some new clothes.
SO the run down of todays 'tax credit day' spending.

    £20 petrol
    £51 food
    £14 clothes from tesco
    £22.25 clothes from Asda
£4.99 card for an AS game.

So for £36 Ash now has a complete summer wardrobe. Jacket, socks, 2 pairs of shorts, 2 pairs of light 3/4 trousers, one pair jeans and 5 tops. We have a few pairs of trousers that still fit her so she's now got plenty and I can sort out the clothes that don't fit. :) Need to sort K's clothes out too but we've saved all of Ash's old clothes so she'll have plenty. :)

Hope everyone's ok and having a good day :D

Edit - Have also moved £30.93 over to the 'savings' account where I'm currently keeping any AS profit. As all the AS money is primarily going to be paying to surplus off the egg so any extra we can save can go in there too to get it paid off quicker. Will also be nice to start having 'savings' again. :D So we now have £62.99 in the savings account :)

Aw that's brilliant! Good day! And the savings account looking healthier by the minute. With so many parties coming up that debt is going to be gone gone gone in no time. Um what we gonna do when you are no longer a DFW? We need your diary, it is as addictive as a soap opera. Even my DH knows all about IA and her family and asks how you are getting on LOL.
Anyway you just seem to have taken to AS like a duck to water, I take my hat off to you.

Not an inspiration? Hmmm, lemme see... fantastic mum to two obviously happy kids, an obviously very happy husband, holding down a successful job and volunteering for something you believe in, musician, TV star... need I go on?! And, you're still so young! ;)

Seriously though, I don't post often on your threads but I do keep up to date with them and your story - not to mention your positivity, guts and determination - really motivates me. So, personally, thank you. :D

Whenever I'm tempted by a pair of shoes now, I just think to myself 'What would I_A do?' :rotfl:

    Good luck with everything x
